Your username must be your MM Certificate Number (numbers only, no spaces or periods).
Password:
Your password must be at least 12 characters, and include upper and lower case letters and numbers.
Registration form:
Please fill out all fields on the form.
Record your details:
Write down your new username and password in a safe place in case you have trouble logging in later, and have your browser save your login details if you are comfortable with that.
